Common questions

What to know before your first visit.

How does telemedicine work?

You connect with a clinician by secure video from a private place. The clinician reviews your history, discusses options, and determines an appropriate plan.

Will I receive a prescription?

Medication is prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines it is safe and appropriate after an evaluation. A visit does not guarantee a prescription.

What technology do I need?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection, camera, microphone, and a private place for your visit.
